- This place is just the ticket for fans of Normandy's specialities: oysters from the bay of Isigny-sur-Mer, Swiss Normandy pigeon, and Vire andouille sausage. The onus is on ingredients from the region but the chef also knows how to compose more original recipes. Elegant and bright decor.

+Pros
Restaurant à la cuisine très raffinée, la présentation des assiettes est superbe et le service est impeccable. Quant à la saveur des plats, il n'y a rien à redire, tout était très bon. Le seul bémol, c'est la salle un peu vieillotte. En tout cas un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix!

Table traditionnelle mais inventive également, par exemple tartare de veau avec brochette de grosses langoustines avec une sauce délicieuse. Le chef est régulier. C'est un restaurant qui mérite d'être
Une des salles à l'arrière me semble un peu tristounette.
