Food and drinks excellent. Our complements to the chef for his/her good work.
There seems to be a chronic understaffing problem which caused a major problem during a fully booked easter saturday. We had great food but the waiting (2.5 hours for aperitive and two courses) and watching very polite other waiting customers eventually spoiled our gastronomic experience and even made us decide to take our dessert in our hotel. Not michelin worthy at all and I sincerely hope they will tackle their problem soon.
