Je voyage beaucoup à travers l'Europe et je dois dire que ce restaurant japonais est largement au dessus de beaucoup de soit-disant "Grandes Tables", notamment étoilées. Ma femme et moi gardons un souvenir ébloui de ce menu à 65€ : petites entrées d'un raffinement exquis ; sashimis de haute volée... Inoubliable !
