Les sens dans tous ses états, tels pourraient-on définir la Cuisine d’Alexandre. Suavité de ses sauces et de ses condiments qui accompagne les plus beaux produits de mer et de terre qui mènent résolument à l’essentiel ! Un petit lunch, qui au demeurant n’aura rien de menu, tant il était grand. Plus que des amuse-bouches, ce sont de véritables baisers qui effleurent vos yeux, vos lèvres et votre bouche, en un émerveillement qui frôle la déclaration d’amour par de tels étourdissements ! Bravo!
