Geniale Kaninchenterrine als Vorspeise. Der Zander mit Spargelragout als Hauptgang zum niederknien. Auch der Mohenkopf als Nachtisch war jede Kalorie wert. Guy Gressel ist immer für eine noch positivere Überraschung gut
