Ravioles au foie gras excellentes mais manquaient de sel Nougat glace superbe Sucette au chocolat originales Cadre agreable

Un pavé de saumon farci fade avec une purée de pomme de terre bonne mais fade. Un 1/2 magret de canard au miel et gingembre sans gingembre et fade. Terrine de canard aux morilles de cuisinier et non de charcutier donc encore une fois fade et sans goût de canard ni de morille. Avec l'apéritif 3 bâtonnets (pour deux personne) de pâte feuilletée. Vin à 50 E ouvert mais non servi Pas s'amuse bouche ni de pré dessert Café à 4 e sans rien pour l'accompagner

ravioles de foie gras top magret de canard rosé parfait. sauce au gingembre top. purée vraiment très bonne et très agréable au palais. dessert correct. Ensemble justifie le bib gourmand sans problème. Bravo au chef...j'ai passé une bonne soirée.
