The food was good, the interior was nice. The specials menu was imaginative, and the use of local produce is to be applauded.
The service was the worst I have ever encountered. Not actually bad, just non-existent. We waited over twenty minutes before anyone asked if we'd like a drink or brought us menus. Having complained after a two course meal that took two and a half hours, we tried again one lunchtime, but things were just as bad! What a shame.
