Excellente cuisine. Cadre naturel au milieu d'une vallée perdue de la Forêt Noire. Architecture écologique moderne, salle baignée de soleil, vue sur la verdure et la vallée.

Ratings details
Rehnüsschen rosa gebraten, frische Gemüse. In Ordnung. Der Preis von 27€ ist eher höherpreisig und entspricht nicht dem Service.
Der Service rennt herum-meistens zu den Mehr-Personen-Tischen. Als Einzelperson wird man zwar an den allergrößten Tisch verfrachtet, dann ignoriert. Nach 50 Minuten kam das Versprechen, dass "ich gleich bedient werde", ich antwortete, dass ich in 5 Minuten das Lokal verlassen werde, wenn das Essen nicht kommt. Es kam-nach 55 Minuten Wartezeit- ohne Entschuldigung. Auf das Dessert habe ich dann verzichtet. Aufs Trinkgeld (wofür?) auch. Dafür wurde ich beim Verlassen des Lokals ignoriert.
