- The Schwögler family has created a comfortable, elegantly modern restaurant. It has a large glass frontage that gives it a light and airy feel, as well as providing a view out into the garden. Try one of the flavoursome options from the regional 'Basic' menu, such as crispy Pekin duck cooked to one of Grandma Schwögler's own recipes. Or try the more creative 'Spacig' counterpart, which includes 'tête-à-tête' of rabbit: stuffed rabbit saddle and sous vide rabbit leg.
