First word of caution: be careful the address has changed, it is no longer in Psiri. As long as you manage to find the building take the lift (which is somewhat hidden behind the reception) to the 6th floor. Then you must locate the entrance (which is also not very obvious). Now that you are in you can relax and enjoy your food. Service is polite and although a little disorganized, it is friendly and professional. An interesting amuse bouche with four small bites sets the tone. Two kinds of bread came on the table, a white made with milk and one made of carob, both very good. The degustation menu opened with a fish soup and an accompanying shrimp tartar which were both very tasty. A plate with a deconstructed stuffed tomato followed, Interesting, provocative, imaginative and tasty but I am not sure if it was better than the normal thing. The fish was perfectly grilled but the rest of the dish was not as great. Then a plate of iberico pork with a charcoal crust - which was made of black olives - came. Finally the desert and maybe the best plate: a rice pudding with a mandarin sorbet and a masticha flavored creme, a poem! And in case you want to refresh yourself in the toilet, guess what: it is not so obvious where it is! But don't worry the waiter will guide you there! Overall I found an imbalance between the terrific presentation and the very good but not excellent taste of food - at least at these prices.
