service and setting were appropriate for a Michelin 2 star. quality of food was impeccable. the best meal, we had the Tapas, small plates, that were excellent, showing what the chef was capable of preparing. the Sea Bass Carpaccio and the "smoked" salmon were sublime.
the Rabbit encased in a sphere was the most inventive, but was salty. the other Rabbit Tapa was under salted to my taste. please note that the dish was still excellent.
