- A welcoming restaurant in a building in Albi's old town. One of the dining areas is a lovely vaulted room and the other is more contemporary. The chef proposes refined, creative cuisine, in a series of 'surprise' set menus, which are inspired by his favourite ingredients (no à la carte). Budding chefs, take note: he also gives cooking classes.
