After working with Gilles Goujon in his famous Fontjoncouse restaurant, the chef spread his wings and set up shop in this lovely little castle built in the 14C and 16C. His trademark? Dishes influenced by the seasons, and technical skill put to the service of flavour. Very good value for money. Pretty terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery.
