Formerly working alongside Philippe Rochat, and now in charge of the restaurant himself (since April 2012), Benoît Violier has met this new challenge with flair and enthusiasm. His subtle yet powerful and superbly presented dishes are real classics and made from the best ingredients available. An excellent start for a new venture, with immutable taste and style.
