Localisation superbe: tout près de San Marco (Calle Cavalletto, à droite pour qui sort du Caffè Quadri) et d'un arrêt de vaporetto; porte ouverte sur une place oú l'on trouve peu de touristes. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la térasse.
L'hotel n'a pas d'ascenseur et se situe a un premier étage haut (donc: il faut monter à pied avec bagage). Les moustiques de Venise.
