"Chez Germaine first saw the light of day in 1925; it was then a simple inn with livestock scales and a skittle alley. Over the years the scales made way for the terrace and the skittle alley for the restaurant. Today the hotel is run by the 3rd generation of the same family, providing semi-gastronomic food made for the most part with fresh seasonal regional produce. For nature lovers we will be pleased to provide advice on walking and horse-riding routes close to the hotel or up in the mountains. Given our position close to the Oloron, we will be only too pleased to share our knowledge of the river with trout and salmon fishing enthusiasts."
