Balmes is perfectly located in the heart of Barcelona, just 2 minutes from Placa Catalunya and 5 minutes from La Rambla. Apt. Balmes is a great combination of 2 large central apartments situated on the same floor. Offering travelers a quality clean private room for a great economical price. Each shared apartment has 5 private lockable rooms, (one flat has 5 private twin rooms, the other has 1 private single, 3 private twins and 1 private triple.) Both apartments also have a fully equip kitchen, 2 showers and 2 toilets for all guests to share. We supply all bed linens, pillows and towels. If you want a private room, be in the center of town, and be able to walk to loads of shops, pubs and clubs, restaurants and cafes , then we highly recommend, taking a room in Apt. Balmes. APARTMENT CONDITIONS CHILDREN NOT ALLOWED: (Children 12 yrs. and under are not allowed to stay in the apartment) NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The managment office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.) FREE CHECK IN 12:00 hrs. to 21 hrs LATE CHECK IN CHARGES: 25 euros (21:01 hrsto 23:00 hrs)50 euros (23:01 hrs to 01:00 hrs)75 euros (1:01 hrs to 12:29 hrs) CHECK OUT 11 am NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)
