Built in 1862 by Davioud, the Nations Theatre des was supported as from 1880 by Sarah Bernhardt (1880-1923) who acted in L'Aiglon by Edmond Rostand. It became the City Theatre in 1968, it introduced a formula for performances (dance, music, theatre) at 6 p. m. which has gained great success.
