L'Universo "CRACCO" costituisce un insieme di Eccellenza assoluta. Non concordo affatto con quanti hanno espresso giudizi negativi o non assolutamente positivi; trattasi, probabilmente, di quei Clienti che, indossando abiti spesso inadeguati, non sono frequentatori abituali della Ristorazione di Eccellenza, poco "di casa" nei Templi dell'Alta Cucina, attenti al prezzo e non alla selezione delle materie prime utilizzate ed rarità dei Vini proposti! Per questi Clienti esistono tanti altri Ristoranti; che vadano pure altrove!

una spirale che ha portato Cracco da promettenti vette ad uno stato di irriconoscibile servilismo verso il vile "conto" finale: possibilmente alto, indipendentemente dalla qualità dell'esperienza. Altri tempi quando Cracco si muoveva in accoppiata a Peck.
