Plus d'information
Founded by conservationist Jack Miner (1865-1944), this sanctuary, one of the earliest in Canada, is a well-known stopping place for wildfowl on their seasonal migration. The best time to visit is November and early December, when an estimated 10,000 geese and ducks land to feed. A small museum on the premises houses Miner memorabilia.
