All legal proceedings concerning this legal notice will be dealt with by the relevant court in Nanterre and analysed and dealt with under the jurisdiction of French legislation, irrespective of any conflicting law rulings. By using the site www.ViaMichelin.com you indicate your express agreement to apply this present clause of jurisdiction. In the event of one of the elements of these conditions of use being judged illegal, null or inapplicable for whatever reason, it will no longer be considered as part of the conditions of use and will not affect the validity or application of the other elements.
