Kia to premiere its pro_cee'd model in Paris

 

Kia will take the wraps off its new pro_cee'd two-door hatchback at the Paris Motor Show. It's the latest addition to the cee'd line, alongside a sedan and four door hatchback.

 

The Korean carmaker unveiled the first pictures of the pro_cee'd this past week, showing a two-door hatchback with a lowered body that makes it 40 mm closer to the road, leaving a general impression that it's a sportier vehicle than its four-door counterpart.

 

Kia refrained from leaking any other specs on the pro_cee'd, which is set to launch in spring 2013.

Kia's Paris Motor Show exhibit has other premieres in store: the compact MPV Carens and, a European first, the restyled Sorento and Optima Hybride.

 

The Paris Motor show will be held in outskirts of Paris from September 29 to October 14.
